What is in the file
The first page is a map showing Pole BH68 alongside other apparatus. The second page reproduces a forwarded copy of an email dated 28 April 2025. The third continues the email footer.
‘Please see attached plan showing the apparatus on your title.’
That sentence on page 2 is the starting point for the question explored in the article. In Document B, the sender later confirms sending the email and plan.
Its relevance
The phrase appears more specific than the later description of a map showing a general area, ‘not any particular title’. The reporting asks how those descriptions relate and which apparatus the original phrase intended to identify.
The plan and the confirmation of sending it do not, by themselves, establish its authorship or decide any question of ownership.

The email shows the 28 April 2025 message forwarded to Luke Oliver Keith Cornwell (SRA 664668; solicitor and partner, Seldons LLP, Bideford, Devon) on 16 October 2025; the forwarding date is not the original plan date.
