Pages 1–3 set out the family’s account and contrast the title wording with the general-area description; pages 4–5 request the basis, instruments, authorship, authorisations and explanation within seven days. Its account of the Bodmin discussion identifies an Estates Specialist called Tom. The separate covering email dated 6 May lists Appendices A–D; the 3 June header is an export date. Shackson’s quoted 5 May confirmation concerns Geldards’ instruction, not a substantive answer to the later notice.
